Complaint/ return of goods

We provide a warranty period of 24 months for our goods . The warranty period begins on the day of receipt of the goods, and the warranty applies to defects in the goods that become apparent during the warranty period. We will not be able to recognize your warranty in the following cases:

  • If you used the product for a different purpose than it was intended for
  • Modification and interventions in the structure of the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Maintenance contrary to the instructions
  • Neglect of product care
  • In case of mechanical damage caused by careless handling

Our products are of excellent quality and we hope that you will be completely satisfied with them! In the event of isolated manufacturing or other defects, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to agree on a method of correction with you. To speed up your claim, fill out the claim form ( Download HERE ) . Then send the goods according to the instructions in the form.

RETURN OF GOODS
The buyer - consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract in accordance with § 7 of Act no. 102/2014 Coll.
Pursuant to the terms of business and Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the buyer is obliged to inform the seller about withdrawal from the contract. For this purpose, send us this completed contract withdrawal form ( Download HERE ). Then send the goods according to the instructions in the form.

Send the goods according to the following instructions:

1. You can return properly packed goods to us at any delivery point of the parcel office (Packet). You can find all delivery points on the website:   https://www.packeta.sk/pobocky

2. When applying at the dispensing point, tell the staff this code: 99281642 .

3. When submitting the shipment, do not forget to enter your name as the name of the sender.

4. Attach the complaint form to the shipment.

Do not send the goods back to the address of the company that we have listed in the terms and conditions. Send the goods to us exclusively through the delivery points of the mailroom, you can find the exact instructions in the complaint form.
