Chocolate protein smoothie

Ingredients :

1 ripe banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you like)

1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa or cocoa powder

1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

½ stoned date

Procedure :

Add all the ingredients to the SmoothieJet blender and blend. If you want the smoothie to be ice cold, you can put it in the fridge for a few hours or add ice to the glass.
